As Chief Risk Officer, Sahasrabudhe's primary job at A.B. was to work on the AB Arya Partners Group. He made long-term plans for Arya Partners' risk and other Arya strategies and built tools to measure performance. Sahasrabudhe cut the firm's internal and external risks by setting up rules for hiring, defining investment strategy mandates, and developing talent.

Pratham US
Pratham was started in 1994 to help break the cycle of poverty in Mumbai's poorest neighborhoods. This program began with the opening of preschools that allowed students who were having trouble in elementary school to catch up. Pratham made the Annual Status of Education Report a way for education programs and ordinary people to work for education reform.
Akshaya Patra Foundation
The Akshaya Patra Foundation in Bengaluru wants to eliminate hunger in many parts of India. They have a program to feed kids in the classroom at lunchtime. This group's lunch program has grown to provide more than 2 million children in India. This group also has programs that serve breakfast and lunch new and expecting mothers, children, homeless women without families, and women who are homeless and don't have families.
Interests and Hobbies
Amol Sahasrabudhe is interested in many things besides investments. He plays cricket and also helps put together teams. He is part of Masters USA, an American cricket team for people over 50 that plays in high-level tournaments like the Cricket World Cup. Sahasrabudhe is putting together a New Jersey team that will compete in more than 50 Master tournaments in the region. He also likes tennis, and so does his son. Ashok also sings. Bollywood songs are more his style.
